A haven for climbers who have earned a well-deserved pint and hearty meal after a day on the Cuillin as well as an informal and lively bar for locals and holiday makers alike, Seumas' Bar has been a popular spot since it's addition to the Hotel in 1987.
Renowned for it's impressive collection of over 400 malts from every pocket of Scotland, the full gantry will please those who wish to sample some of Scotland's 'Uisge Beatha' (water of life). Proof of the bar's popularity lies it's title of 'WHISKY BAR OF THE YEAR', which it has maintained for four consecutive years. Enjoy Real Ale on tap, much of which is produced in the adjacent Cuillin Brewery. What could be better than sitting back, sipping our local Ale made from the fresh running waters of the surrounding Cuillins?

Seumas' Bar serves award winning pub food 7 days a week. Expect a varied menu including light snacks, freshly landed seafood, wholesome pub fare and daily specials. Expect a stellar menu of the tastiest pub grub you'll find anywhere on Skye including an array of exciting fresh seafood, vegan and veggie options.

We have plenty of daily specials running and a roast every Sunday.
We use many local suppliers with our meat supplied by George at Lochalsh Butchers in Kyle, Fresh Fish supplied by Mairi at Just Hooked in Portree, Fruit, Vegetables & Dairy supplied by Swansons Inverness and Skye Wholesale Portree, Wild Mushrooms and other ingredients foraged around the island from Jeff at Wild Skye. All coffee is supplied by Skye Coffee Roasters and also Birch Coffee Roasters in Portree.
